Why we started


Rebel Kitchen was born out of a need to redefine health. To do that, Ben and Tamara saw a need to change the system from within – to challenge the way that food is made and how businesses within the food space are run.

FIRST and foremost, food needs to be food – grown in and coming from nature, without additives, preservatives or refined sugar.

SECOND, it’s about healthy business practices within the food space – from the team down to the entire supply chain.

It’s a different kind of health message – one that doesn’t separate the individual from the whole, and one that is based on ACTIONS instead of PREACHING.
